How do I turn it on?
To turn the device on or off, press and hold the center button.
If the device is in sleep mode, a single press will wake it up, and pressing again will start recording.
How long can I record?
Each video can be up to 9 seconds long, and you can record up to 27 clips per day.
How do I transfer videos to my smartphone?
Remove the memory unit from the camera and connect it directly to your smartphone.
Please wait a few moments after stopping the recording before removing the memory unit.
Removing it immediately may cause data corruption.
Can I take photos?
No. The device is designed exclusively for video recording.
Still photo functionality is not included.
How long does the battery last?
If you record 27 times a day, the battery lasts approximately 2 to 3 days.
Charging is via USB Type-C.
Can I view videos recorded by others?
Yes, if you are invited to a group in the app, you can view videos shared within that group.
Can I use with a Lightning iPhone?
The memory unit uses a USB-C connector.
If you’re using an iPhone with a Lightning port, you’ll need a Type-C to Lightning adapter that supports OTG.
Please ensure your adapter is compatible.

They are not visible to the public.
Do I need to edit the videos?
No editing required. The app automatically creates highlight videos from your clips.
Is there a limit on storage?
All your memories are automatically saved in the cloud, and you can access them later at no extra cost.
Can I post to social media?
The app does not have a built-in social media sharing feature.
It is designed for private sharing with close friends and family.
What kind of device is this?
kyu touch is a playback device that brings your digital memories into the physical world, letting you "touch" your moments.
How does it display videos?
Choose a video in the app and bring your smartphone close to the device.
The e-paper display will show a thumbnail of the memory.
You can revisit registered videos anytime just by bringing your smartphone close again.
