TranSe Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy") and will handle personal information obtained from members through various services provided by the Company based on this Privacy Policy.

  1. Definition of Personal Information
    In this Privacy Policy, personal information refers to "personal information" as defined in the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act").

  2. Acquisition of Personal Information
    The Company may acquire customer information when you use the services, make inquiries, or participate in campaigns, surveys, seminars, events, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Campaigns") conducted by the Company. Some customer information must be provided when using the services. If you do not agree to provide this information, you will not be able to use the services and should discontinue their use.   • Detection, investigation, prevention, and handling of fraudulent activities

  • Implementation, operation, and management of Campaigns (including providing and sending gifts)

  • Provision of point and affiliate services

  • Sending newsletters

  • Introducing (advertising) the Company’s or third-party products and services

  • Advertisement distribution and effectiveness measurement

  • Development, improvement, and enhancement of the Company's business (not limited to these services)

  • Other purposes notified or announced separately by the Company

  1. Provision to Third Parties
    The Company may provide customer information to third parties in the following cases:

  • When the customer consents

  • When required or permitted by law

  • When outsourcing: The Company may entrust the handling of customer information to third-party vendors, such as those responsible for procurement, packaging, and delivery of products, within the scope necessary to provide the services. The Company will carefully select and appropriately supervise these vendors.

  • Use of cookies and tracking technologies: The Company may use third-party cookies and tracking technologies for purposes such as usage trend analysis, fraud prevention, and appropriate advertisement display. In such cases, the Company may provide non-identifiable customer information (e.g., usage history, cookies, access logs) or statistics derived from such information to third parties, or the third parties may independently acquire customer-related information. Information acquired by these third parties will be handled in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms of use. Note that these third parties may be located outside Japan, including in North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.

  1. Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
    The Company will promptly respond to requests from members for notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information after investigation.   1. Changes to the Privacy Policy
