■ Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Within 30 Days of Product Receipt)
If the product does not meet your expectations, or if an initial defect or manufacturing defect is confirmed, you may request a return, refund, or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in the same condition as when received.
(Minimal powering on or usage solely for confirming initial defects is permitted.)
All original packaging, accessories, memory units, and all items included at the time of purchase must be returned together.
There must be no physical damage attributable to the customer.
(Examples include drops, impacts, water damage, immersion, modifications, or improper use.)
Returned products will be inspected by us. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if we determine that all of the above conditions are satisfied.
Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after inspection and will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
■ Return Procedure
If you wish to request a return, please contact us in advance at info@kyu-o.com.
We will inform you whether your return is accepted and provide instructions, including the return method and shipping address.
Products returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us only in cases of initial defects or when the return is due to our responsibility.
For returns based on customer preference, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
■ Cases Not Eligible for Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:
More than 30 days have passed since the product was received.
The product shows scratches, stains, or damage that occurred after delivery.
The original box, accessories, or packaging (bags, cases, etc.) are missing.
■ Exchanges
Requests for exchanges are subject to the same conditions and procedures as returns described in this policy.
Depending on inventory availability, exchanges may be made for the same product or an equivalent alternative.
■ One-Year Warranty for Natural Failures
Our products are covered by a one-year warranty against natural failures starting from the date of product receipt.
“Natural failure” refers to functional defects or malfunctions that occur under normal and proper use in accordance with the intended operating environment.
During the warranty period, such failures will be repaired free of charge or replaced at our discretion.
The following cases are not covered by this warranty:
Failures caused by external factors such as drops, impacts, water damage, or immersion
Failures caused by misuse, use contrary to the instruction manual, modification, or disassembly
Deterioration of consumable parts due to normal aging (e.g., battery performance degradation)
Failures caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, lightning, or floods
Products that have been repaired or modified by parties other than us
For repairs or replacements covered by this warranty, shipping costs will be borne by us only if we determine that the issue qualifies as a natural failure.
■ Repairs
Natural failures that occur within one year from the date of product receipt will be repaired free of charge or handled through replacement at our discretion.
Repairs requested after the warranty period, or repairs for issues that we determine do not qualify as natural failures, will be handled on a paid basis.
If we determine that the defect does not fall under natural failure or initial defect, repairs will be provided only as a paid service.
We will inspect the product and provide a repair cost estimate. Repairs will proceed only after the customer agrees to the quoted cost.
If the estimate is not approved, no repair will be performed.
