kyu Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Repair Policy


  1. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Within 30 Days of Receipt)

    If the product does not meet your expectations, or if an initial defect or manufacturing fault is identified, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of the date you receive the product, regardless of reason.

    To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as when received

    (minimal power-on or use for the purpose of confirming an initial defect is permitted)

  • All original items must be included, including the original box, accessories, memory unit, and all components provided at the time of purchase

  • No physical damage attributable to the customer is present

    (including but not limited to drops, impact, water damage, modification, misuse, or improper handling)

All returned products will be inspected by kyu.

Refunds or exchanges will be issued only if the product is deemed to meet the above conditions.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection and will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


  1. Return Procedure

    If you wish to request a return, please contact us in advance at info@kyu-o.com.

    We will provide instructions regarding return approval, the return address, and shipping procedures.

    Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

    Return shipping costs will be covered by kyu only in cases of initial defects or issues attributable to kyu.

    For returns due to customer preference, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.


  2. Non-Returnable Items

    Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • More than 30 days have passed since the product was received

  • Damage, scratches, or contamination occurred after delivery

  • The original box, accessories, or packaging are missing


  1. Exchanges

    Requests for exchanges are subject to the same conditions and procedures outlined in this policy.

    Depending on availability, exchanges may be fulfilled with the same product or an equivalent replacement.


  2. Repairs

    All repairs other than those related to initial defects are provided on a paid basis.

    If kyu determines that a product issue does not qualify as an initial defect, any requested repair will be handled as a paid service.

    After reviewing the issue, kyu will provide a repair cost estimate. Repairs will proceed only after the customer agrees to the quoted cost.

    If the customer does not agree to the estimate, no repair will be performed.


  3. European Union (EU) Cooling-Off Period

    If the product is shipped to a destination within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

    In such cases, the product must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and accessories included.
